Hello All~
Did you miss me? Or am I being presumptuous!!
I have just come back from my weekend away with my lovely friend Angie. This is our 15th year on the trot Christmas shopping in the city of Glasgow.
I did lots of shopping and have crossed such alot off my list already...Great stuff.
We got talking to a very nice Scottish couple in Hobbycraft on Thursday and they said "You must visit the brilliant Craft World shop on the other side of town, it's amazing".
Now this has happened to me before where someone has said go here and it's great, only for me to get there and be very disappointed....Not this time, It was fantastic, and was only about 6 miles from our hotel in the middle of Glasgow centre.
I bought Nestie's, Stamps, Card, Ribbons, pro-markers and loads of papers! The choice of 12x12 papers were the best I have ever seen, we were ages picking them out.
Onto today's card~
I have chosen this sweet Tilda for today's card. Not sure where I got her from, she not one of my stamps. Recently I did win some Tilda's on a challenge so she could be one of them, I like her anyway.
Papers are from my new Basic Grey Marjolaine Pad, they are so nice and all in these greeny/bluey colours. I have torn all the papers and used Old Paper to ink the edges.
Tilda is coloured with Pro-Markers, and ribbon was from Hobycraft. The sentiment is a craftwork cards circle and I have distressed the edges and used the ink again on here. I have used some staples to finish off the edges of the papers and ribbon.
