Christmas with a Mo's Image~

Hiya Girls~

It is no secret that I am a fan of everything Mo Manning, I just love the whimsical, unique feel to all her beautiful images.
This Christmas image is one of my favourites, I used it quite a lot last year and it went down well when I sold my cards at a local Christmas Craft Fair.
I must admit I am a little low on Christmas papers to go with my images, but my friend Angie and I are off to GNPE in Harrogate at the beginning of October, so I will have to wait 'till then to get a new stash. (I think I can manage 'till then!)

I have used some Graphic 45 papers from last year (you cannot get this now which is a shame as it's gorgeous. On the reverse of this Black and Kraft Holly Paper is a Christmas Song Sheet, it's very nice indeed. The image is a Mo Topper from Hobby House, the Sentiment is a LOTV. I have also sued some Christmas Ribbon and a wooden snowflake from my stash.

It's all go with "C" cards.....

Hi Girls~

I am on a roll with "C" cards, got the bug now, so don't be surprised if I start posting lots of photo's of cards I have made for the festive season!!

I bought the LOTV Bear & Robin image after using the Toppers such a lot last year.
I wasn't sure how good my colouring would be, but my first attempt was not too bad so I will now do some more.

These papers are LOTV, as is the image and Sentiment.
The image is coloured with Pro-Markers. The red pearls are Hobby House, the super Star embellishment is a new purchase from Memory Box dies.

Challenge Time at Sweet Stampin'~

Hi Girls, Wow another Saturday (don't they come round quick!!)

It's Challenge Time at Sweet Stampin', and this week it's "Destinations, Journey/Travel".
Our Sponsors this week are Crafty Ribbons.

I have used one of my favourite Stampavie Stamps, The Camper Van, isn't it soooooo cute?
I have used this stamp lots of times, and it is for both Men and Women. It has flowers on the bonnet which you can make all girly, but you can also keep them quite neutral for a man's card.

Not sure who makes this paper sorry, the image is coloured with Pro-Markers and I have used a button from my stash, bakers twine and a touch of sparkle using stickles. The lovely lacy circle is one of my Nesties (don't know the number or name sorry.)

My First "C" Card for 2013~

Hello All~

I wouldn't have put money on me making any "C" cards in AUGUST!!
Although I think I start well before I need to, last year it was about October before I got my "C" box of goodies out. I can't even say the word, let alone make a card, BUT....here it is!!

I have chosen this adorable LOTV Topper, this wee Bear and Robin was one of my favourites of last year, so I was quite happy to make my first "C" card with it, and I have also made some "C" Tags with the smaller images on the same sheet, I will show these at a later date.

This background paper is from Simple Stories and is called Winter Wonderland, the large "Joy" is cut from a Teresa Collins sheet called "Noel". I have used a few other bits n' bobs from my stash including a wooden Snowflake, a few pearls and a tiny stamped sentiment. I have also used a touch of Stickles on the snow, well after all it is a "C" card!!
Just off to make a few more now!!

Another Big Tag!!

Hello Ladies, a big thank you for the lovely comments you have left for me, they are so appreciated and make Blogging a lovely place to be!

I have yet another Big Tag to show you today, I am defiantly in the "Big Tag" mode lately!.

Instead of using one of the Prima Dolls today I have used an image from anA4 cut out sheet I have had for a while now, called Tilda (not the little tiny stamp Tilda's we all know and love tho'). She is quite large and measures a whopping 7", so as big, if not bigger than the Prima Dolls. I love these images, so cute.
The background papers are from Basic Grey, the ticket stamps are MME Lost and Found, the little flower is made from bits of Card Candy (after watching Julie Hickey this week on C&C I thought I would have a go!)
The faux ribbon is made from the paper too, I have just inked and crunched them up a bit, and then added a Leeza Gibbons Brad to the middle. The button is from my stash and the little bird is from Calico Crafts. I backed the Tag on a piece of Kraft Card from my stash.

Prima Doll Tag~

Hello Girls~

I have a Prima Doll Tag to show you today. I just love these "Big" dolls, they are just so perfect for PP and colouring as they are...Well...."Big"....
I have been making quite a few of these ever since the day I bought my first Doll, I now have three  and really like each one of them.
The Tag today has the latest Doll I bought on it, so this is only the second inking for her.

I have started the Tag with a Prima Tag, especially made for the Dolls. I have then used a few of my LOTV back ground stamps to cover it. I have used some Air Mail Washi Tape, some punched flowers, a large Hero Arts Ticket stamp, a Hobby House Crystal, a little wooden bird and half a doily from Studio Calico, the doll is coloured with pro-markers.
I am off now to make another one!! Told you I loved them!

One of Mo's Blue Boys~

Hi Ladies~

Had yet another busy week, so not had that much time to "Play", however tonight I have been making a few cards for my Daughters friend's at work so it was lovely to get back to it.
As it's Thursday there is another Challenge over at Dp2 "Mo's" and if ever I can I will always try to match a card to their challenge, I love Mo's images.

I have used some Memory Box papers in different blue colours, the Topper is a Mo's image from Hobby House as is the crystal, the Bakers Twine is from my stash. the two sweet little Label Tags are one of my new buy's and are from the new range at LOTV, they are just lovely. I have this set which is a bit transport'ish and manly, then I have a more feminine butterfly and flower set, all are just lovely.  The "Dream" sentiment is from a Teresa Collins set called Memories.

Sweet Stampin', Kraft Challenge

Hi Ladies, Hope I find you all well this Saturday.
A big thank you for all the lovely comments you leave for me, they really do mean a lot to me.

It's Challenge Time at Sweet Stampin' and It's one of my favourite theme's this week "Use Kraft Card". Oh I love a bit of Kraft Card! Our Sponsors this week are Cuddly Buddly.

I have started my project with a large Kraft Bag from the Range. I have then used a sheet of Paper/Cardstock from K&Co "Sera Sera" range. This paper is Stunning, I have had it years, it always looks so nice when used and I love every single sheet, it's very collage like.

The doily is from Calico Crafts, the range of products they sell is very extensive and the different packs of doily's are lovely, they are precision cut and very beautiful, good price too.
Image is Stampin' Bella, and because this Gift Bag was for my Friend Angie's Birthday, the image is meant to represent us two on a night out.
I am on the right, do you like my dress, and look how thin I am!!!!! I wish!!
Angie is on the left with her lovely blonde hair.

So sorry about the terrible photograph, don't know what happened, it looked ok on the camera.!

The Flower is by Funstamps and the Sentiment is LOTV. Finished with some coffee and cream Hobby House pearls. Image is coloured with Copic's and Pro-Markers.

Stamping Bella Card~

Hello Ladies~

Well I am still around (not that I have done much blogging)
Over the last few weeks I have been preparing for my week at Summer School, and that week was last week. Although it is a very tiring and full on week it is fun and the kids do enjoy the projects I set up for them. I would like to send out a big thank you to my lovely friend Angie who helps me on the week, thank you Ang.
The children made a Big Canvas, a Zutter Bound Book, An MDF Clock, a Money Box and a day of several small projects.
That's it for this year, so I can have a rest now.  (This working lark is not all it's cracked up to be!!)

I have a card to show you I made for Angie's birthday last week.

I have used the Stampin' Bella image that reminds me of the two of us together!
Colouring is done using Copic's and Pro-Markers. The papers are Stampin' Up, the lovely pearl is from Hobby House, the punched edge is made with a MS punch. The Sentiment is by LOTV.
