New Baby Girl~

Hiya~
A big thank you to all my followers, you never cease to amaze me with your lovely comments, it means such alot, thank you~

I have made this card, but unfortunatly I am not totally happy with it.
Don't know if its the colour (the babygrow is a bit on the "pink" side!) or it's because it's my third LOTV image in a row, but I am not having a very good crafting day!!
I will try harder next time, promise!
I do like the papers I have used and the ruffled ribbon, it's just not all working together in my head. I am a bit tired so I will have a nice restful evening and see how I go later on.

Don't be too hard on yourself, you get days like that and I'm having one too! I don't find baby cards easy but yours is lovely, pink and green are a fab combo and your colouring is fab.

Now Debbie whats wrong with it!?, it's simply gorgeous hun, loving the cute image and the layout and the papers are scrummy. I had a bad day last week crafting and nothing seemed to go right, but we are our own worst critics :o(
Have a fab rest and watch the X-Factor, you think your having a bad day, think about poor Louie lol!! love Vicky xx

It's gorgeous Debbie! love the layered circles they look gorgeous and the ruched ribbon is stunning!

You asked about colouring white - I use a very light grey or cream (depending what other colours are on the clothing) to colour the shadowed areas only (like folds etc) and then blend in with a colourless blender so that most of the piece is still white. It just gives it a more realistic look. Hope that helps! hugs, Jane xxx
